We are excited to present you with our first foray into Peruvian coffee. This particular lot excited us on the cupping table because it is extremely well structured. The coffee is anchored by a chocolate and brown sugar backbone. Next rich sugary fruits such as ripened bosc pear and sweetened golden raisin. The cup finishes with a nice crisp malic acidity reminiscent of a green apple. We hope you enjoy this example of how excellent Peruvian coffee can be.
