Story: We've cupped through more than fifty Ethiopian lots this year to track down the best few and offer them to you. It just so happens that Yukro was our absolute favorite on the cupping table! The profile of this coffee is so complex. The front end of this cup is laden with lime, peach and orange marmalade acidity. The middle is interlaced with floral lilac. The finish tastes just like drinking an orange pekoe tea. Oh...and the cup is just so sweet. Like fresh honey drizzled throughout. What are you waiting for?
