In a year of soft Ethiopians, this is a rare standout. This is a late harvest import sourced by Trabocca from the Worka cooperative of 305 members. It clearly stood out amongst hundreds of samples we've tested over the months. Rather than your typical black tea/jasmine Yirg profile, the Worka is stone fruit and tropical. Wafting florals, bright mango and melon complexity, apricot and a silky body. This is distinction, and we are proud to present it to you.
