Description
One of the last of our Colombians of the season, and a staff favorite at virtually every cupping we put it out on. This is high grown caturra Colombian at its finest. Such nuance in the aromatics, and sweet complexity in the cup. Malic and tartaric acidity up front bring to mind lush red grape and apples. It has a florality akin to white tea, and loads of deep sweetness to make it a structured cup. Nariño is a coffee lovers dream when it comes to clean, complex Colombian coffees, and there are few finer examples than the El Mirador.
