Description
Can you really have too many 100% Caturra lots from near 2000 meter elevation? Meticulously picked, dried under canopy and exported with haste to get it to us without damage or significant moisture loss? We are only offering you the highest scoring coffees we can find, supporting small holder farms in Colombia and paying a significant premium to them for the quality of their green. Is it better to bring in lower quality coffees just for the variety of our lineup? This is not how we prefer to do business.
This coffee brews with floral aromatics, light citric acidity on the palette, a dominant note of ripe raspberry, long finish of cane sugar. This is a coffee we will be drinking all week and asking for refills.
