Mazabuel

Description

The last of the three fresh Colombian coffees we brought in from Red Fox this season, the San Jose is a fantastic coffee. This was a mixed lot from the farms of the Mazabuel, Oidor and Pajoy families. Mixed lots often end up scoring highest for us as they can bring a real complexity. Malic acidity up front, almond sweetness, and rich chocolate with a light mouthfeel that brings to mind mousse dessert. Easy drinking, delicious and clean, this will make everyone at the table listen up.
