Description
Story: It is that time of the year once again, the time we wait for, think back on when its over, then wait for again: fresh Colombian season. This is our first of this year's harvest, and boy is it a good one. This coffee comes from the farm of Maria Burbano, a 10 hectare lot in the village of Las Aguilas in Huila. This coffee has distinct red fruit characteristics and deep sugars. We picked it again and again as a top three lot in our blind cupping. We think you will have similar results.
