The key word is Orange here. The cherries picked are bright Orange. Picked before they are fully mature these cherries are super bright with acidity. Now when you pair that with a natural processing method you are in for a pungent, complex and rich cup.
Kochere is the main town of the Gedeo zone bordering Yirgacheffe and Oromia. The processing facilities here are very well organised taking really great care to carefully hull and process the cherries. It is sat at 2000 masl and used a sheltered African bed structure for slow drying.
