You’d be pushed to tell that this is a naturally processed Ethiopia. Its super clean and crisp. White peaches and white grapes are at the forefront of flavour. Floral notes are intense in the aromatics. When this cools down its juicy and refreshing with a long aftertaste.

Nansebo is in the west Arusi zone in South Ethiopia. The coffees processed here grow on lush fertile soils under a shade of the natural forest surroundings. The cherries are dried like any dried fruit allowing the juices to penetrate the bean and intensify flavours.
