Formerly Guava Banana This Natural Anaerobic coffee, I felt embodied everything that I love about coffee. I made this the signature coffee for Inugami Coffee. I took a lot of time to select this coffee and figure out what roast level this coffee was best at. I’m truly proud of this coffee and I hope you love it as much as me! This Red & Yellow Caturra is one of the flagship coffees produced at El Vergel Estate, located in the microlot next to the washing station, and surrounded by Guava trees, this coffee profile has been one of the most intense and fruity coffees developed by the estate.
