Personal Note: This is the third Mario Fernando Gomez coffee that Inugami Coffee has offered this year! I’m sure you can tell that I am a huge fan of Marios work! This coffee contains the most natural fruit punch note I have had in any coffee. This coffee is truly a testament to Marios amazing work. With this coffee the flavors run deep — layered with wild, process-driven character, yet holding a surprising clarity. As it cools, look for soft peach and melon in the background, rounding out a vibrant, juicy finish. This orange bourbon coffee was fermented for 60 hours and then dried on raised bed for 18 days
