Yi Nian Yi Su is a young coffee collective dedicated to realizing dreams in coffee. Founded in 2019, the company has been deeply engaged in promoting Yunnan coffee. They optimize coffee processing, currently supplying over 40 tons of high-quality Yunnan specialty coffee beans annually to major domestic roasters and select overseas markets such as Thailand and the U.S. Their strategy revolves around "deeply cultivating Yunnan coffee," focusing on communication and exchange to refine their craft. Through participation in competitions, they gather insights and incorporate feedback into the development of their products. This process helps them understand market trends and consumer needs while maintaining the integrity of coffee flavors.

Processing

In washed processing, the fruit pulp and remaining mucilage are removed before the coffee is dried. This approach often emphasizes a defined structure and separation of flavors, while fermentation and drying choices still influence the result.
