Coffee Profile Details:
Tis the season! We have an excellent diversity of offerings at the roastery right now, so we decided to release two Holiday blends. This one is sugar, and it is just that: intensely sweet, smooth, and rich. It is anchored by a Colombian offering from Narino, which has really surprised us with its sweet and smooth attributes. This coffee is well balanced, if a bit muted with acidity. Enjoy it this holiday season as a perfect compliment to all the sweets that come 'round this time of year!
How we like it:
As with most of our blends, this coffee will do well across a variety of brew methods. Espresso is a particularly compelling method with this blend, acidity is tempered and body and sweetness are enhanced despite the light-ish nature of the roast.
