Dark Chocolate, smooth, creamy, full bodied, sweet.
Coffee Profile Details:
Our first decaf offering is a Single Origin Excelso from Colombia. It is a perfect dessert coffee, with a fully body and smooth chocolate notes. It is not bitter, nor dry, but contains a lingering sweetness that will satisfy all coffee drinkers. This coffee makes an excellent decaf espresso, which means we will never need to stop drinking cappuccinos around the roastery!
How we like it:
This coffee is best highlighted by metal filter and immersion methods which will highlight its body. French press, or any metal filter, will work best. It also makes a fantastic decaf espresso.
