This pulp-natural Brazilian offering is loaded with body and sweetness, which we emphasize with our roast profile. A lingering acidity reminiscent of grape juice remains across the drink, but it is slight. This offering is smooth and creamy, and great for those new to specialty coffee or seeking a low-acid coffee with plenty of fantastic body and sweetness characteristics.
How we like it:
This offering is very versatile. Metal-filter methods present a huge body and pleasant mouthfeel, smooth throughout. Paper filter methods bring out more of the grape-like acidity and gives the coffee a dry finish. We also love this coffee cold, and perfect for a Summer morning!
