Bean Profile

This coffee is from a few small coffee communities located southeast of Bandung, West Java. This coffee is from smallholders in the Garut area on the slopes of Gunung Kamojang (often referred to as “Kawah Kamojang” — Kawah meaning “crater” in Bahasa) and Gunung Mandalawangi. All these coffees are hand-sorted, hiring locals in the area. Get this while you can!

Origin: Java; Gunung Kamojang, Garut.

Farm/Farmer: Smallholders.

Varietal: Typica, Ateng, Jember.

Processing: Washed.

Elevation: 4500 – 5200 ft.
