Description
This organic washed coffee is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the SHOYE Cooperative located within the Dale district in the Sidama Zone of Southern Ethiopia. SHOYE is a part of the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU) which is the 2nd largest coffee cooperative in Ethiopia, representing 47 cooperatives and over 70,000 small holders.
This is a very delicate, sweet and floral coffee comprised of indigenous heirloom cultivars that are only available in the region.
