Description

Jorge Rojas’ coffee returns to Elm for the 2024 season. Both lots we purchased from Jorge last year were absolutely stellar, and we are very excited to bring it back this year. Some changes are here, this is a blend of 4 different varietals, specifically pink, red, yellow bourbon, and tabi. This results in a cup profile that splits the difference between the single varietal lots of Caturra and pink bourbon we bought last year: deeply sweet caramel apple, coupled with brighter stonefruit and floral flavors, all with exceptionally clean body.
