Origins: Colombia & Peru Varietal: Caturra & Catuaí Process: Washed We taste: Mandarin, Dark Chocolate, Caramel It’s a Blend! This blend has been a work in progress for us, and worth the wait! These two coffees come together to showcase their best qualities in this stellar blend. It is an amazing coffee for both drip and espresso, with a big sweet chocolatey body and sweet mandarin acidity. A sure to be class favorite every time! In the Cup This coffee is a delicious treat for every coffee drinker. When it’s hot, the aromatics are sweet and buttery with a nougat-like quality. On the first sip, there are notes of dark chocolate with a pop of sweet ripe mandarin acidity. As it cools, the sweetness broadens out and takes on a rich caramelly quality, ending in a sweet creamy note. Overall, this coffee is a beautifully balanced, rich cup which is guaranteed to have something for everyone.
