Description

This crowd-pleasing coffee comes to us from a small town in the Western part of Narino in Colombia called Buesaco. Because of its close proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the coffee grows in a unique microclimate characterized by hot days and cool nights. This climate slows down the maturation and development of the coffee cherries which adds to the cup quality and flavour intensity. The result is a coffee that is both complex and balanced with smooth notes of red grape, butterscotch and guava.
