Nicole Ome is a 22 year old producer from Colombia, recently taking on the Marketing side of her family's farm. This project was born out of her recent obsession with cupping and lot innovation, leading to this incredible 150 hour sealed natural Papayo. It is bold and bouncy coffee, deep berry tartness leveled out by a rush of creamy sweetness in the finish. It's juicy and flamboyant, and flare sent up in the sky to announce that Nicole is not messing around... And we're all the luckier for it.
