This is the blend I typically create when I wish to show new clients that the path to excellent espresso is as easy as picking better than average green to build it. There is no trick other than this. This version of the blend will be roasted to a very typical "Light-Medium" level that you see prominently in cafes here in Los Angeles and the surrounding counties.
It's sweet first and foremost, has sparkly acidity, and finishes pleasant and soft. Flavorful enough to make your milk drinks more complex, punchy and vibe-y enough for your morning solo shot. Take this and start a coffee cart, or just enjoy a weekend cup for once, all things in time.
