We roast to order on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and ship the same day. Orders will be included in a roast if they’re received by 4pm Eastern Time the day before.

Deep Thought is our most developed single origin coffee. The flavors are still sweet and balanced, but come through more smoky and rich.

Producers: Various smallholding farmers

Elevation: 1500 - 1800 masl

Process: Washed, dried on patios

Varieties: Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Pache
