While often known for bold and bitter profiles, this lot reflects what’s possible when care is taken at every step, bringing out balance, sweetness, and depth. Grown and processed by Bumolo’s Integrated Farm, this coffee was naturally processed, allowing the fruit to slowly dry around the seed and develop structure and character.
