Description

Teodocia Castro is meticulous in her care for her coffee trees and it shows in the cup as year after year this coffee has been a staff favorite. She grows a combination of typica and caturra trees, which brings a floral complexity to each sip to go along with classic Bolivian flavors of tangerine and toffee.

We met Teodocia when we visited Siete Estrellas, Caranavi on our first trip to a coffee-growing origin. And we are honored to be able to serve her coffee in NYC.
