Las Delicias is a farm run by Yesid Castañeda Marin in northern Huila, Colombia, in the town of Santa Maria. Yesid has been working with Azahar for several years now and his growing and processing acumen are evident in his coffee. This is a batch of pink Bourbon cherries that have undergone a 60-hr dry fermentation prior to being washed and dried for 20 days. We taste a variety of tropical fruits, such as mango and kiwi, to go along with some great floral notes, depending on how you brew this coffee. Hope you find it as enjoyable as we do!
