About Beans:
The plot is named “Malaguetto” in the indigenous language of the estate’s local workers, meaning “tall shrub trees,” in tribute to the dense vegetation that surrounds it. Located in a high-altitude forest area above the canyon, the Malaguetto plot benefits from cool temperatures, abundant shade, and slowly ripening cherries, producing a coffee that combines sweetness with complexity.
This GNF321 natural Geisha has a very sweet dry aroma of sweet gardenia and high yet firm Summer Black grapes. At high temperature it remains Summer Black grapes, while at medium temperature nectarine emerges. The texture is oily and silky, reminiscent of orange blossom essential oil.
