When the world renowned Beneficio La Minita in Costa Rica’s Tarrazu Valley acquired the La Pradera Estate, they set out to renovate the estate’s coffee trees from scratch- replanting in blocks by varietal. The Santa Maria de Dota micro-region of Costa Rica's Tarrazu Valley is famous for its juicy, full bodied and winey coffees. When La Pradera underwent this full restoration, the farm was planted with heirloom varieties that would also pair well with the Terrior of the Dota Bowl.

All bags are 12 oz. Orders received by end of day Wednesday will be roasted and shipped that same week. If received after, it will be roasted/packed the following week.
