Soma is one of our longest running and most popular espresso projects. A composition of two single estate Guatemalan coffees and a singe origin Kenyan coffee yield a blended espresso that is full of juicy fruit, syrupy body and a clean, present acidity. We only feature this espresso for a short time every year so pick it up while you can!
The name Soma is laden with references ranging from the hallucinogen in Huxley's A Brave New World to the Vedic ritual drink and the 9th Mandala of the Rigveda and to it's base etymology which means 'to press' which is very similar to that of 'espresso' a beautiful play-on-words we couldn't pass up.
